December 5th is just a short three weeks away - - - seems like forever since it was announced and now here it is!!! Plans are coming together - but so hectic. Elopement looks good - but she better not!! :) Her dress is purchased and waiting for her to come home to see it. Rehearsal dinner is set. Reception - not so good - we are still looking for a place to have it - :(... Food - well, that's a whole story in itself... Italian buffet - but so many cooks!! :) Hope all goes well...
Otherwise things are ok - - - after my stint in the hosptial life is settling in again... back to quilting - a beautiful quilt in progress - simple patten/beautiful fabrics. Can't wait to see them get it and see what they think.
Weather is gorgeous today here in S. FL!!! If only it could be this way all year - I'd love it here then - well, maybe... nope - still want to be up north!! Can't wait to get there...

Can a wedding ever be easy? I have three daughters...ahhhhhhh!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am so thankful to have only one daughter - this is enough to make a preacher cuss, as my mom would say!! :) Just make sure you/your girls KNOW what you/they want and stick to your guns. So many helpful willing people, but they want things that they want... They are all dear friends and it's hard but we've made up our minds and are doing it the way DD wants it.. plain and simple.
